Sleep. Sweet, sweet sleep. I think all parents feel we could use more of it. But it's hard to get one of those deep sleeps where you wake up feeling really refreshed when you have a baby. There are also plenty of things we do to try to help our little ones get the best night's sleep. We make sure the temperature is right, the pajamas are comfortable, maybe play a little Mozart or a little giraffe that plays white noise.
