Okay, remember that absolutely horrifying story a couple of years back about the 18-month-old boy in Indonesia with a 40-cigarette a day habit? I know, who could forget? Watching that little boy puff away was so surreal, I kept hoping the whole thing was a hoax. It wasn't, unfortunately. But at the very least, I figured, that HAD to be a one-time freak occurrence. I mean, it's not like there would ever be ANOTHER smoking baby. Except, apparently there is another smoking baby. In Shanghai. Where he was photographed recently bumming a cig from his parents. As with the Indonesian baby, I can't help but hope this is a hoax (it is April Fools' Day, after all), but it seems legit. And the details are disturbing, to say the least.![]()
