Danny Masterson, who played the hilarious character Steven on That '70s Show, recently welcomed a baby girl into the world with wife Bijou Phillips! Gosh, I have been hiding under a rock because I didn't even know these two were married. But it seems Bijou, who is an actress, model, singer, and famous for being the daughter of The Mamas & The Papas' late singer John Phillips, wed Danny in 2011 at an Irish castle after eight years of courtship. Sweet! Danny didn't waste any time spreading the good news on his Instagram account -- and revealing their little girl's magical, mystical name.

Danny's message to his friends, family, and fans read:

Hello friends. Beyond thrilled to announce The birth of our daughter Fianna Francis Masterson! Mom and baby are doing amazing. You can all refer to me as dj dadpants from now on ...

Well, dj dadpants, well done on choosing a name fit for a little warrior princess! The name Fianna has Celtic origins and is derived from an Irish myth. I don't know if either of these celebs actually has family in Ireland or if they just feel a close connection to the country -- it is beautiful and serene, after all -- but given the fact that they exchanged vows there, I'm not at all surprised at their name choice.

I love how "Fianna" is a very different name from "Fiona," which has become quite popular, but isn't a strange-sounding name. It's soft and pretty, but also a name that could easily fit both a little girl and a woman, which is a quality I always look for in a good baby name!

And while I'm not usually a fan of shortening people's names, I think it'll be beyond cute to nickname her "Fia" when she gets a little older. And can we talk alliteration for a second? "Fianna Francis" has a beautiful flow to it and has inspired me to consider middle names that start with the same letter as first names.

What do you think of the name Fianna?
