The Social Security Administration has just released the most popular baby names for 2013. The list is released every year right before Mother's Day. It's the most accurate for popular baby names because parents must supply the name in order to get their Social Security number -- for other lists, parents only just have to register their baby's name. And in 2013, new parents applied for a Social Security number for four million babies!
