Finally, some good news for Giuliana and Bill Rancic. Last night, at 10:12 p.m., the couple welcomed their very first child into the world -- a baby boy -- via surrogate in Denver, Colorado. The little cutie weighed in at 7 pounds, 4 ounces. A few months ago, Bill and Giuliana mentioned that they planned on giving their child a traditional name -- none of that trendy Hollywood nonsense. And a traditional name they have given. The littlest Rancic has a name -- and a middle name -- fit for royalty. And, no, it's not William.![]()
